The ideal Intimissimi shop must respect two pre-requisites. The optimum shop floor space is 100 square metres. The best position is in a pedestrian area or in a high traffic area, in a city or town centre with at least 30,000 inhabitants. Shops in shopping malls are proving extremely promising.The Intimissimi shop is the flagship of a full range of advertising campaign.

To become part of the Intimissimi franchising chain, the following short term financial investments are required:

1.000 euros approximately per square metres, for the cost of store realization (excluding transport, furniture installation, retail store design project), payable at 30 days from the opening date month end.

4,950 euros for the I.T. system, payable at 30 days from the opening date month end

60,000s euros approximately for startup goods, payable in three installments at 60/90/120 days from the opening date month end

A bank guarantee of 52.000 euros issued on behalf of Calzedonia to cover contractual obligations, to be provided before the opening of the shop.
